Vendor Tile (Bites + Bars) — Editability Test
Three implementations of the same tile. Open in the editor to feel each one.
A — Current (raw HTML)
Editor: single “Custom HTML” block. Whole card clickable. Image / text only editable in HTML view. Status quo.
B — Native blocks (image + heading inside a styled group)
Editor: click the image → Replace; click the text → edit; both have separate Link tools. Whole-card click is gone (image and text each have their own link). Hover effect via .rj-vendor-tile still applies.
C — Hybrid: native blocks inside a small wp:html anchor wrapper
Editor: two small “Custom HTML” blocks (the opening <a> and closing </a>) bracket native, fully editable image + text blocks. Staff edits image & text via clicks; the whole card stays clickable. Tradeoff: the bracketing HTML blocks shouldn’t be deleted.
