As the visionary behind several acclaimed restaurants, including MF Sushi, Kinjo Room, and Yakitori Kona, Kinjo brings over 25 years of expertise in Japanese cuisine to this venture. Renowned for its authentic Japanese dishes, the restaurant specializes in handcrafted appetizers and signature nigiri plates, all prepared with the freshest ingredients.
